This checklist is intended as a guide to help you plan the essential elements in the countdown to your wedding day.
- Set the date & time with the priest, minister or registrar
- Choose venue, caterers, musicians, cake, cars, photographer & florist
- Choose your wedding outfits & colour scheme of the day. Order wedding stationary, cake boxes & favours.
- Ensure all appropriate pre-marriage documents & certificates are in order.
- Finalise wedding guest list & send invitations
- Arrange accommodation and advise guests of special rates from Citywest Hotel.
- Organise final fittings for wedding party.
- Finalise details of seating for church & reception.
- Advise final guest numbers to Citywest Hotel.
- Plan place cards, table settings, linen etc
- And finally, take your time and enjoy yourself. This is your day - savour it!
