Quite simply, the new Citywest Convention Centre is the finest, best serviced and located exhibition venue in Ireland. As a successful exhibition organiser and magazine publisher, Selfbuild Ireland Ltd has been running exhibitions in Belfast, Galway, Waterford, Dublin and Cork for many years. We were proud and excited to be the very first event in the brand new Citywest Convention Centre in September 2009. We were naturally apprehensive about being the very first show in a brand new venue. Our concerns were groundless. The show was an outstanding success. Visitors and exhibitors continuously and consistently told us that the venue was second to none, easy to get to and with facilities which have totally spoilt them for our other shows throughout Ireland. The convenience of having such a large hotel with excellent catering facilities alongside the venue could not be overstated. Without exception, the staff were courteous, helpful and enthusiastic. Running an exhibition at Citywest was an experience which we shall treasure and plan to repeat on an annual basis. As a direct result, we plan to introduce two brand new additional events to be run at the Citywest Convention Centre in 2010.”

While hosting one of the largest education conferences in the country, we were confident of the event’s success with the assistance of the great team on site at Citywest. To Orla, Ruth, Jimmy, Mark and their teams - no request seemed too big, was carried out immediately and in good humour, leaving us secure in the knowledge that we were in the hands of professionals. A great venue, large and versatile but with a real campus atmosphere.
